Contempt of court related query

if a person files an application in a case during trial stage and on same date court order to serve the copy to other side but applicant do not serve the copy to other side and without serving copy to other side on next date he files another application for no say and proceed without say of respondent on his previous application and fraudulently by suppressing fact that applicant has not serve the copy to other side obtain favorable order from court that is proceed without say of respondent on his previous application by keeping court in dark . can applicant booked for contempt of court kindly guide
