Confusing about FIR and it's complication

Police arrested me and let me out without warning they said. But the fir is filed against me with some stranger under 35(I) police didn't tell we WILL FIR Againist you. In my name there is spelling mistake in FIR.
The FIR status is referred further action dropped. What can I do now? can I get govt job? How to delete or remove this FIR is it possible please someone tell me a solition
