yes sir we can definitely quash the fir if we have valid grounds. our petition must be accompanied with adequate proofs and evidences and also we will require further information on the case facts to give an even more informed opinion

if there is no such preliminary enquiry has conducted, before registering the FIR.. it is possible for quash the FIR... we can apply for the quash ... but charge sheet should not be filed..we can try.. most probably the FIR quash is not that much easy task
