A loan recovery agent used very abusive words my loan repayment was late by 15 days and he threatening my family and me that he will beat and using bad language

If any loan recovery agents harassing you please record all call recordings and videos and watsup messages or any proof of abusive or threatened behaviour call 100 and mention that the recovery agent threatened physical harm and used abusive language. Sections applicable are a sec 351,356,124 and sec 351 r/w 353…..any further queries approach us
