Please stay strong; what you experienced is a grave violation of your fundamental rights under Article 21. You should immediately file a formal written complaint with the Police Complaints Authority (PCA) and the Vigilance Branch of your city's police (e.g., 1064 for Delhi). Additionally, report this to the National Human Rights Commission (NHRC), as they specifically investigate illegal detention and extortion. Since you were detained without legal process, you can also approach a Magistrate under Section 156(3) CrPC/175 BNSS to order an FIR against the errant officers. Rest assured, the law provides for strict disciplinary action and compensation for victims of such high-handedness.

This is a grave allegation of illegal detention, extortion, and criminal intimidation by police under CrPC Sections, and 506 IPC potentially actionable via a writ petition under Article 226 in Delhi High Court or Supreme Court. Secret entry via back gate and coercion without lawful basis screams custodial abuse, demanding immediate FIR registration and safeguards. there are few steps that you need to take on urgent basis.
