Complaint Regarding Traumatic Incident Involving My Daughter

On 17th February 2026 around 7:15 PM, my Grade 1 daughter was slapped on face and emotionally abused during a one-on-one home tuition session at tutor’s residence in HSR Layout, Bengaluru. Despite prior assurance that dogs would be kept away, three dogs came barking, frightening my child. Instead of calming her, the teacher slapped her and shouted. Other adults joined in, creating a hostile environment. I left immediately for my child’s safety and seek strict action.

the incident narrated above appears to be serious in nature for physical assault and tarnessing women's modesty. we need to take this thing seriously and file a criminal complaint for assault, putting in fear, criminal intimidation and whether your daughter was touched in uncomfortable manner for filing complaint under pocso act. please feel free and contcat immediately for criminal action to be initiated. we need to teach a lesson for these kind of behaviour against the kids
