Briefly, I was induced into transferring a substantial amount of money to an individual based on repeated assurances, false promise of marriage Whether I am legally entitled to file an FIR in Srikakulam based on above facts.Whether territorial jurisdiction is valid when financial transactions and consequences occur in Andhra Pradesh, even if some interactions occurred in Bengaluru.Whether Srikakulam police can register an FIR for offences such as cheating, criminal breach of trust, & inducement.
