I filed interim visitation rights to see my son under section 26 of hindu marriage act 1955 and I got interim order to see my son on every Sunday on 30.12.2025 .But still now respondent not obeying the order.So 1 week back, I filed an IA under section 151 of cpc and Order 21 and rule 32 of cpc. But Judge returned the application with reason saying irrelevant section.Can anyone please tell me under which section we can we file to execute the said interim visitation order?

pls confirm whether she initiated any criminal or civil proceedings against you and where if it is in India after leaving we have an option to file a quash petition on the fir unnecessarily implicated the family members ina matrimonial dispute and quash the entire criminal proceedings

Q: Want to file Quash petition in forgery case

I was framed into forgery case IPC 420,468,471. I submitted 1 to 7th classes bonafide certificate for final verification in police recruitment in that only 4 years is required for local status that was 4,5,6, and 7th classes residence (4/7 rule) and I claimed that only!( medical district) and I got job based on that. But my 1st class school bonafide is in Hyderabad district's school , later on it was found that it is forged. But my uncle brought it, as I don't know the that it was forged!

Embassies do not decide innocence. They only note legal status.Your communication shouldA complaint has been registered against me in India under allegations of defamation. I wish to state that the allegations are false, and the matter is presently pending adjudication before the competent court.
