Sir/Madam,
Approach the concerned police station under whose limits the offence has taken place with a complaint having your version of the incident and ask the police to register an FIR. If the police registers an FIR, they will investigate the case and will file charge sheet in the concerned magistrate court after which trial will start in the case and the court will decide the case basing on your evidences and merits. However, if the police don't entertain your complaint, then send a copy of your complaint to S.P, D.S.P asking them to take action. If these officials also do not entertain your complaint, file a private complaint with the help of a lawyer in the concerned magistrate court. If the court decides to take cognizance of the offence, the court will record your sworn statement and will proceed with the case or the court may direct the police to register an FIR and file charge sheet and once charge sheet is filed by the police, trial will begin in your case.
