Complaint against armed forces for harassment to ex-employee

I am Ex-Serviceman when I was in service I was Harrassed on regular bases when I was going to complete my term of engagement with Armed Forces and was about to quit. I was threatened not to leave or else face torture. However I left after completing my tenure. Since that day I am being Harrassed all my mobile phones are tapped. Even I can not call at my will or even hire a taxi as I am handicapped due to Arthiritis. Torture goes on daily bases. I wrote in brief about my agony but when I get a good legal advisor I can explain all. Plz suggest legal remedies at my disposal.

it is important to understand the facts and circumstances of the case. in the mean time you can file a complaint with the police and the concerned authority of your company stating the harassment you are facing, you need to show them the proof of harassment as well.
