Complainant can withdraw case from special court?

I filed case against under pocso,in 2015.6 years never court send me summons or anything.ow my age 19 yeasrs.and now i got summons for evidence.my goverment lawyer not by my side.i can't afford out side lawyer.so that's why i want to withdraw case.is this possible or not sir, if possible, please help me how can

2015 epified now you got it summons means you can fire you can engage your own advocate no problem then court will help you for closing the position whether you need to file for quashing of FIR both need to apply offer before the court

This is criminal case and also alleging serious offence under the Posco Act. you can't directly withdraw this case in the Court. if you want ends this case then you have an option that you have to depose hostail evidence before the Court with the assistance of the public producators.
