Complain under ipc 354, 452, 506

My friend under influenc of alcohol mistakenly entered in neighbours house. After realising his mistake he ran away. But the owner falsely registered FIR with ipc 354, 452& 509 against him. The anticipatory bail rejected by district court. Now he has applied for same in high court. Need to know implications and correct legal course.

Your advocate have to satisfy 3 basic things to the high court, first he intentionally did not entered the house or absolutely not entered in neighbouring house. secondly he did not commited there any kind of such act for facing charges as levelled against him. Third allegation are levelled to satisfy the rivalry/or instigated by somebody.
