Cohabitation agreement between guy and girl (both not married)

I would like to make an cohabitation agreement with my girlfriend. For below reasons:. 1. She should not claim her right on any of my property or any kind of alimony 2. She should not be able to lodge a police complaint against me for section 402 for stating false marriage promises. 3. She should not file complaint for section 354 (A), section 209, section 509 against me. The agreement should cover these kind of things. Is is possible and if yes, how should I do this?

No there cannot have any such kind of agreement for criminal offenses even if make such agreement no court will accept such kind of agreement and exonerate you from any proceeding . You can have an agreement of of sharing an apartment but you have kind of proofs with you like phone records, chatting history where you can clarify this things to your partner.
