Clarification on filing of criminal case for sale made fraudulently
15-Jul-2023 (In Criminal Law)
Two parties made the sale agreement without knowledge of the owner. One person represented himself as an agent for the Land owner and signed as an authorized representative although there is no GPA or authorization given to self represented Agent. Can the owner file the criminal case against both the parties by submitting the fraud unregistered sale agreement?
Hi, Please lodge a police complaint under Sec 419,420,467,468,471 IPC. You may file a criminal suit for quashing the said sale agreement which is void and null under the law and Seek for suitable punishment for the illegal act done by the two parties.
