Clarification on arrest for drinking at public place

Hi, I have been charged under 68-1-14, Drinking at Public Place, with 4 of my friends, we were taken to police station and out on bail, what will be the punishment by judge fr same.
Dear it is not a such a big crime, judge may give you punishment of one day or may impose fine, so when you will go to the court just say sorry to judge and give him assurance that you will not do it again.
