AS PER EPORTER THEY STUFFED THE GOODS AND NEXT DAY TRANSPORTER TOLD US THAT DRIVER FLEE WITH THE CARGO AND CONTAINER N TRAILER IS LOCATED AT SOME ISOLATED PLACE.EXPORTER LODGED FIR AGANIST US FOR HIRING TRASPORTER.U/S 407/409/120B CA HE LODGE THE COMPALINT AGAISNT US

Yes any person can lodge an FIR against any person. But then veracity of the facts alleged by the complainant is always investigated by police and then adjudicated by the courts of law. It will be in your best interest to take the services of a laywer.
