Claiming maintenance from parents

I am a 16 year old girl who is being tortured physically and mentally. I was sexually abused by some family members and my parents supported him. My own father is a creep who takes pictures of me while I sleep without my permission and send to his friends. My mother also supports him and infact adds to the torture.I want to live alone so that I can continue and finish my studies and prepare for my future, in this regard I have the following questions.1. Can I get protection and maintenance amount immediately after filing since I will be in lot of danger during the trialn2. Can I get restraining order against my parents and those family members who are the culprit.3. How long will it take to finalize the case in court.4. After 18 can I make sure they are no longer interfering or threating me with legal action.5. I don't have any money so how will I pay my lawyerAny advice in this regard will be greatly appreciated. I really need the help.
if you file any case the court will appoint a guardian for you preferably from among your relatives. the court may also send you to a home for protection and would also compel your father to pay maintenance to you. after 18 the maintenance would continue until your marriage but then you can choose to live alone. you can visit legal services authority to get free lawyer.

you can file sexual harassment case against the culprits. because you are under age there is a chance that you may be taken under the government home but if you parents have enough accommodation or extra accommodation and you have faith on your any other family member then you may allowed to stay there with them.
after becoming 18 years old you can lead your life on your own terms and no one will be allowed to disturb you.
if you proceed with a proper plan then you may get your revenue and legal rights.
for me your protection and safety is more important fees will not be a problem. you also can approch government free legal aid.
