Check bounced and non payment of EMI case filed against friend

I am writing to you i. Hope to find help for my friend Javed who is in Dubai. Javed had taken loan a year back and has missed paying 2 emi. Duniya has bounced a check of 100000 dubai currancy. The check obviously bounced a d now they has put a case against him. Javed wants to settle the acciunt and continue the emi and Duniya finance is not really co-operating. I found ur email of the complain site of Duniya and hence writing with a hope to find help. Appreciate if you could help by any means.
If your friend is ready to settle the matter there is no problem at all. Whenever summon issued to your friend, engage a lawyer and appear before the concerned court and inform the court that he is willing to settle the matter. If other party agrees on this point, then case will be disposed off and if they don't, the case will be proceeded. If you got the summon then contact me.
