Cheating of Rs. 1,61,000/- for PhD in Maths

07-Aug-2025 (In Criminal Law)
Sir/Madam, With due respect I beg to state that I had taken admission for PhD in Maths at NIMS University, Jaipur, Rajasthan on 20 th May, 2011 through filled up application downloaded from that University's website. With a SBI Bank Draft of Rs.1,61,000/- in favour of Registrar of that University. Then through post I had sent my application with DD and other testimonials as required. But after that the Registrar had given me a provisional registration certificate. But then they harrassed me .

Okay. So if you have exhausted all the options but still they are not allowing or granting you admission, then you should try serving them a legal notice, mentioning your grievance and asking for a resolution. I think if that fails you can take it before the Courts.
