Charge Sheet issue related query

Hello,
The victim can get the chargesheet offically from the court for the case 498 ipc
As i have come to know ,the victim cannot get the chargesheet OFFICIALLY from the court
Pls clarify.
Hi ,as per the criminal procedure code ,the court shall provide a copy of chargesheet to the accused ,after the police submits the charge sheet with court on completion of the investigation...It is offical and as per the procedure

Since it is a state offence, you will not be provided a free copy, however you can file an application to get the certified copy or request the IO to provide you the same. Your lawyer should be able to help you in this
