Sir, my brother arrested by police and now in Judicial custody under above sections..Plz provide legal action reqd to be taken for release on bail..

आप धारा 439 सी आर पी सी के तहत नियमित जमानत का आवेदन लगाएं संभावना इस बात की है कि आपकी जमानत सत्र न्यायालय से खारिज होगी यदि ऐसा हुआ तो फिर आप उच्चन्यायालय में भी बेल के लिए जा सकते हैं। वहां से आप जमानत ले सकते हैं।
