Chance of getting bail for 420/34 in high court under expl

My father has been charged for 420/34.The complainant has filed application to charge ipc 420 which has been rejected by district as well as session court and application for same has been pending in high court.Police registers same FIR with ipc 420/34 for the same case and complainant application is still pending in high court and now he is in jail since last 22 days.

Depends on the nature of allegations made in Complaint. If the contents of FIR does not prima facie substantiate the sections framed or appears to be concoted story, the same can be very well contested before Hon'ble Court.
