police has made me victim of their case without my will.I never filed any complaint against anybody.suddenly i was informed to join the investigation of the above case.when i refused than IO tied to threaten me and collected my all personal data from my bank and laptop.he also recorded statements of my staff against their will. can the IO make me victim or witness against some other police officers against my will/
If a case has been registered against you or you are one of the witnesses in this case where certain sections have been imposed under indian penal code and POC act, if your an accused you need to seek bail and prove in court that the allegations are false and if your an witness you need to co-operate with the police and give your statement
