Case of abetment of suicide on a minor

If a case is filed against a minor for abetment of suicide or forcing someone to suicide that is ipc306. What is the maximum punishment he or she (a minor) can get?
If the accused is minor she cannot be prosecuted under section 306 of ipc by the way if she is under 16 she had protection under juvenile justice act of 2016 if she is wrongfully prosecuted by the police you can go for the discharge of accused
