Case filed against father and me for beating uncle how to close case

sir In ours family ,My dad and my uncle both fought to each other due to my uncle misbehavior .Actually,My uncle is big drinker and after drink he talk rubbish.one day my whole family men's beaten to him by stick (but no too much).Next day,my uncle file cases against my dad and me.we got that massage then we decide to go MaMa(brother of my mom) house and wait there for 3 days .After 3 days file cased came in court and we got easily bail because it was normal fight.now,2 years passed but no any action on this case .Actually my uncle not interested in this case or he forgot all things.my father told me it was private case so my uncle have to expand money for justice but he have no money for it.sir what will happen this case ?? Not any one interested in this case. is it automatically close/cancel??? i have applied for passport but i didn't mention about this case because i know it have no any value.
