Case file against me in section of IPC 323 and 341 for blackmailing

My ex wife now she married with someone and she filled a false case to me in 2015 in IPC 323 and 341 and after that she enjoying her new married life and she birth a baby too . But for harresment she lodge this case on me and from that time to till the date no summons or warrant is received to me but date will going on regularly what i can do
