Case disposed off by High Court but not updated in CMM court

11-Jul-2023 (In Criminal Law)
My case was disposed off in Court court under Section 482 but still in CMM court site its showing our next date. So does that mean that case is still open? Also, this case was an FIR from local police station, now my project requires background verification. So does that mean that even after High Court's decision, my verification will fail since it might not be updated in the police station? I am in dilemma. Kindly help!

Case can be disposed of on many grounds with or with out any reliefs. Does the High Court order mentions about the quashing of the FIR or not? You dont have to worry about the background verification if the case is disposed as there is no current pending case against you.

1. your advocate has to file a application with lower court about the quash. 2. whats the status of ur case with lower court? 3. its not required to inform police station, if its informed to court itself. 4. you need to give the case details on HR application form. hiding is criminal offence. 5. get in touch with us.
