Case Booked Under Section 324 506

My friend was made fir but opposite party has also made counter case now my friend was booked under 324,504 in bidar market ps today he has taken bail from market ps, pls advice what we have to do legally becoz my friend is innocent
He must take bail first. We can help you to take Anticipatory bail from High Court of Karnataka in order to avoid arrest and detentions from police. The counter case against your friend can be quashed by approaching High Court of Karnataka under section 482 of CrPC.
