Our RWA has given balance sheet for FY 2023-24 after multiple reminders today. There are many discrepancies on expenditure part as many expenditures of large amounts are done on cash. Can more than one flat owner file criminal case against President/ Secratery under same prayer? Or they have to file seperately
No one can be tried more than once, for the same offence
If there are lots of aggrieved parties, they all, collectively, can file a single petition
