Can you apply for Govt job when a case is pending in another state

actually mai government job apply karna chahta hu but merai uper case hai mumbai me but mai uttar pardesh ka hu mumbai mairai upr case hai but up mai clean i can apply or not case k bad mai passport bnaya hu aur dubai b gya hu then i can apply gov job in our state up or not

Under which sec the case was filed on you and now what is the stage going on in the matter is important. And if it is session trial then you can't apply and if not the also the stage is very important because you need character certificate which is needed compulsory for job and where do you stay in past from that place also

Dear sir. Generaly central government aur state government ka strick criteria hota hai ki gov job k liye koi criminal records nahi hona chahiye . But aap kah rahe hai ki aapki case Nill ho gayi hai aur uske baad aapne passport bhi banaya hai agar case Nill ya puri ho gayi hai uski certified copy nikaal lena.
