Can writ petition be filed again with proof after getting bail

A false case was registered against me under section 376 & etc my medical was clear but it was not submitted with the challan by police also I have many proofs regarding this case I was granted bail by punjab & haryana high court can I put any writ petition or revision
You can go for quashing of FIR on the basis of proofs which you got, moreover you can file revision petition against charge and lastly you have option to prove you proofs in defence evidence. It's ur choice what you want to do
