Can we file an application for change the double bench judges

Can we apply for change the high court double bench judges if we are not receiving the fair decision?

no you can't. you can at the very most file an application of recusal of any of the judges only and only on the grounds that the said judge was previously involved in the matter as a lawyer or otherwise has an interest in the subject matter of the dispute like in the case of a judge being a shareholder of the company which is involved in the dispute . however if your matter does not fall under the aforesaid categories then the only relief that you have is to file an appeal against the order of the bench presently deciding the matter in case you are dissatisfied with the order of the bench .
