Can victim say yes for meeting accused after filling FIR

After Filling the FIR by my ex girlfriend ...She was interested meeting me to sorted out the misunderstanding between us ..I approached the common friend to fix the meeting n my ex was totally agreed for meeting but as soon I went to meet her the police caught me ..I Was not aware about that she already filled fir against me ... Can I put this thing asy defense that after filling the fir she was completely ready to meet me to short out misunderstanding between us ???...Fir was registered under 451 354

You should use this as a defence as it will prove that she has deliberately attempted to trap you in this false allegations. However the correct advice can be taken after knowing the complete facts. Please feel free to contact Thanks

Yes you can use these things in your bail application. But for the case you will have to disprove it anyways. Please specify the ingredients of the FIR so that I can help you better with your case. And also, try to not meet her in future even at the instance of a common friend.
