Can there be 1 FIR for 2 different complaints ?

G the property dealer sold the S' property to V and to (R&A) by forge documents, S filed a complaint on V&G, but (R&A )only filed complaint on G only, S had a settlement with V with some rupees now V wants discharge but R&A do not want V to discharge despite that they never mentioned anything regarding V in there complaint, but IO FAULT as he merged both the S+R&A complaint as 1 FIR and made them co complainants, R&A never came to the court only now. How V will get discharge from this case???

I have read your query regarding your case. tell me the case briefly. in which court case is going on. in which sections fir lodged and which police station. whenever you free call me back Send me both the complaint copy

In your case since the FIR is registered then you all need to approach the High Court for the quashing of the same. And in that petition you need to annex the true typed and true translated copy of the FIR and other documents. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

Where the settlement execute between S and V, in court or out side the court. And you didn't mention proper details in your question about the facts of the case. without showing your all the documents to me, I can't give you a solid solution.
