Can summons be issued in a pending case

Person A filed an FIR ..under section 420/384/120B ..against. Person B / person C & Person D..chargesheet filed after police investigation in CJM court ...As soon as CJM takes cognigense of the chargesheet. .Persons B and C files revision suit in district judge court which after seeing it transfers it to ADJ SPECIAL COURT. .& matter is pending in ADJ court since december 2021.My question is will the summons still continue for Person D or it will remain withheld till the matter is decided in ADJ court on revision filed by Person B & C..Please advice

It can be issued against him. But you have a number of remedies for short out all these things weather you are accused or informant of the case. I need to see all the papers before giving any proper advice but i am sure a number of remedies provided in law for the same.
