Can protest petition be filed so that the court takes cognizance

05-Aug-2023 (In Criminal Law)
False FIR was registered against me u/s 420 ipc. I have been granted anticipatory bail. I didn't file quash petition as I wanted the police to investigate the matter and after recording my statement take action against the real culprits whose name didn't appear in the complaint. Investigation Officer however closed the investigation by filling A Summary Final report with remarks that No evidence found against accused.. If B Summary would have been filed I.e. False complaint, I could have taken action against the complainant. What options are available before me now? Can I file protest petition demanding court to take cognizance of offence against real culprits as well as false complainant and police officers who accepted bribe to close the case with A Summary?

Hello
If the police has stop their investigation with a remark that no evidence were found then you may approach to the commissioner of police and the respective court of law to mention about the said matter.

File a complaint againt the offence in police freshly and if it is not registered as FIR den in CP OFFICE and even after that no action is taken then go for a private complaint before the JMFC COURT. And it won't be a double jeopardy
