Not so easy , because Where any person has reason to believe that he may be arrested on accusation of having committed a non-bailable offence, he may apply to the High Court or the Court of Session and this two court hardly entertain Bail application on holiday except in case of urgency. But court has discretionary power. Try to convince the court by saying that As the courts have a role to play in obtaining freedom for citizens being arrested on false charges and to enable citizens to seek legal remedy against questionable government orders, the courts are termed in Hindi as 'Temples of Justice'. The temples never have a holiday.

Example- the Supreme Court was opened for judges to hear at 3 am, the final plea against the execution of Yakub Memon
