Can I take action against family for grandfathers suicide

Dar All, My grand father make suicide in 2000 leaving suicide note of 7 pages, in which they written why he did it. at that time i was in 7th standard and all hide this case from police at that time. Recently i got that note, so i want to take action against all victims including my father also. because now all they are enjoying on grand fathers money only and at that time my grand father suffered a lot due to all this nonsense peoples.
If the note you have got is genuine and you are confident about his suicide because of those people then certainly you can lodge complaint in police station and ask for detailed investigation. Circumstance must prove that it was abetted suicide.

So you want to send them to jail for atleast 10 yrs?
Whether suicide committed 15 yrs. Ago, u can file criminal case against them for abatement of suicide.
For that you have to collect several documents on ur side to prove the offence.
