Can i show my Facebook pics and mobile calls to prove false complaint

Re-inquery by higher police officer is in process in my case , i have some facebook pics and mobile call recordings which can prove that the complaitant made false statements in FIR to trap me ,so can i show those pics and call recordings to the police? Is that legal? And according to the new law ammedment under 326B the FIR must be filed by a female police officer, i have allready submit the copy of that IPC rule to the inquery offficer.can i do something with that which can proves that ASI was corrupt. Please answer as soon as possible. Thanks in advance of ur kind reply.
Yes you can show Facebook pics and mobile call recordings to prove yourself not guilty in the enquiry held by police higher police official. Retain a copy of every evidence you have with you. You can file a criminal complaint in the court against that Asi who has falsely implicated you in a case .

hello, yess you can submit all kind of evidences to the police department, please remember that the police department is the investigation agency and has to investigate the matter and then report to the court about that. You can show the evidences of facebook pics and the audio clips etc to the police , if you think that it shall be enough for the police to cancell the FIR against you.
