Can i put perjury in very beginning of DV case against my wife

i havent countered False DV case done one me yet. My question is can i put perjury in DV in the very beginning as in can i start my case by filing perjury against wife. IS this practical..? can it backfire? Surprisingly My entire family is dragged but that one person around whom my wife concocted the entire fake story is not accused. Also there are other material evidence based on which i am thinking to file perjury. plz advice me on the same.

Perjury is an offence when a person willfully and deliberately makes misrepresentation and states false statement on oath.
You will be provided an ample opportunity​ to prove your case so stop worrying about it. Perjury is only be done when something is stated on oath.
