Can I proceed legally against my girlfriend who cheated

My girl friend cheated me after we love 4 years now she's refusing to marry how can I proceed legally when girls easily files case when boy bluffs y can't a boy file a case kindly help me how can I proceed legally.i have proofs we both are relatives too.
No there is no law in India where you can implicate any offence against your ex. She promised you but this does not mean that she wants. You cannot pursue the matter in any court of law against this. But a bill is pending which will help the males in future for such acts done by female
