Can i join the army if a case is registered but settled outside court

A case was registered against me under ipc sections 34 323 325 341 and 506 in 2015.the matter was between my cousin and his cousin and in fir i was also mentioned as co accused.i got selected in army in august 2017 and the matter is sorted out now with compromise with the other party.case is closed now.i have mentioned about this case in verification forms also.so this will create any problem for me or i will able to join army.

Yes you can join the Army. When you present the application before the superintendent of police for verification, police also mention in FIR sections. But you must be present the copy of final order of criminal court.when you present copy of order police is also mention in verification the accused is discharge of this case. Then you can join the Army without any problem because you discharge about sections
