Can i go for Government job after being acquitted in a criminal case

Sir i am complete bbm with 2013 but 2014 criminal case register u/s 143 147 148 323 324 504 506 and case was aquitted so this case effect to my carrier and got govt job can i eligible for govt job no horest mo punishment no enquiry plz give ur suggestions

There is no impediment for you to apply and get job in a government department since you are acquitted of above charges. But if there is a declaration you have to make you should mention these. I once had a case where a CRPF employee was dismissed for not disclosing that there were cases against him.

Hi,
As you got acquitted, there is no issues. But, You should disclose this on the employment application form. If you hide then it may create issues in the future. And, you did not mention the reason for why you acquitted.
