Can i get terminated from job because of the 498 case filed against me

Respected sir/madam i has been convicted for 6 months and 2000 rs fine for case of 498A on the based on drawry case. case started from 2010 and result given by taluka civil and criminal court in month of march 2013. after convition am appeal to civil and session court senior division chandrapur. from 2013 am on bell , but case not on bench until . this period am preparing for the govt. job, and many job are cleared . now i have opportunity for joining govt. job in assestation form am giving details only case pending on district court chandrapur, am join the job and given details of FIR only to administation. i am given any information of conviction. so please guide me can i loose my job now , when police verification. are done. thanking you
Yes you can loose your job as per law but only one thing can save your job I.e. you should manage your admin and police verification and contact to your all other department unless you can loose it kindly do that .
