Can I file mandamus in Bangalore to order Goa ATS to take action?

Can I file mandamus using article 226 and 227 of the Constitution in Bangalore to order Goa police to take action on my case which is being investigated by them? My question is whether Bangalore High court has jurisdiction over Goa police.

Dear Sir, The Bengaluru High Court has no jurisdiction over Goa Police. You have to file your petition in Goa High Court and seek necessary directions against the Goa Police. Your personal presence is not necessary to file such petitions. You may also execute Power of Attorney and conduct the case through your Advocate at Goa.
