Can I file for Domestic Violence if divorce case pending

My husband has filed for divorce in the Year Nov 2012 can I file for domestic violence now.which is the fact.he matter has come at the stage of arguments but still Not finalized yet.and neither have received any maintenance

You have legal right to file domestic violence case against your husband anytime but before judgement of divorce petition and it's appeal period is over .....

Even you have put separate petition
But u can't say that you are staying with husband as alright you have filed separation suit in family court

yes you can file domestic violence petition at any stage,one thing I want to know that from which year you both are living separate.maintenance application also can be filed,and in which court your case is pending
