Can I file a complaint against my boyfriend who promised me to marry,

I want to case against my boyfriend who promised me to marry me, physical relationship with me snd now he refused fir marriage playing with me.
Yes definitely you can register an FIR against your boyfriend for cheating you and taking advantage and engaging you in physical intimacy with him in the false pretext of marriage. FIR can be lodged against him U/s-69 of the BNS. Once the FIR is lodged he will be prosecuted and he will be arrested and forwarded to the jail custody immediately. But remember, your FIR should be written in such a manner that all legal necessities to make out the offence should be mentioned . Otherwise, the culprit would escape from the legal action.
