Can i file a case for a Theft video leaked by my employer

I was working in MNC where I was caught in a theft activity and the company terminated me. Now I came to know that the video is leaked by higher management and many people are having it showing it others. My colleagues are calling me and telling me they have seen the video. Can we something about it?

legally you cant take action as you were caught in unlawfully activity and because of which company terminated you. if at all you take any action and file any claim company might take up same case again and you might fall in to trouble. i suggest you speak to your official in company and request them to stop employees from circulating such video
