Can I directly approach to supreme court instead of High court for anticipatory bail in section 307 and 109?
No, for Anticipatory Bail you can first to the session court, if rejected then High Court.
You can only move Supreme Court when there are multiple of FIR registered in different states for same case, then the aggrieved person move to the Supreme Court for protection against arrest
