Can I be imprisoned if there is a video of me smoking marijuana from a couple years back?

Section 20 defines punishments for consuming marijuana. Also there is a quantity criteria which is being followed. If the police officials catch you with 100 grams of Charas/hashish or 1kg of ganja, you could be sentenced to up to 6 months in jail with a fine of up to Rs 10,000. Only a video is unlikely to imprisoned you, However if any person is found smoking marijuana, he can be imprisonment, the term of imprisionment will depend upon the quantity of marijuana in his possession.
